Google Business Profile suspended (“Suspicious activity”) – Physical store (Middle East / Saudi Arabia)

My Google Business Profile (GBP) for a physical retail store in Saudi Arabia was taken offline and shows “Suspicious activity detected.”
I need an experienced Google Business Profile reinstatement specialist who has successfully handled suspensions (especially “suspicious activity”) and can guide me through a policy-compliant reinstatement process.
What happened / symptoms:
• Listing is offline on Search/Maps due to “Suspicious activity detected.”
• I attempted to resolve it but I keep getting stuck in the appeal/reinstatement flow without clear progress.
• I want to fix the underlying cause (not just “try again”).
Scope of work (deliverables):
1. Audit & root-cause analysis of the GBP:
• Check for policy violations or risky signals: business name format, categories, address/service area settings, duplicates, inconsistencies, recent edits, user access/security, etc.
2. Fix plan: Provide a clear checklist of edits needed (what to change vs. what not to touch).
3. Reinstatement submission:
• Help prepare the reinstatement request with the right explanation + supporting evidence.
• I can provide documents such as Commercial Registration, VAT certificate, municipal license, storefront photos, utility bill/lease, and any required verification video/photos.
4. Security & prevention:
• Review user access, remove suspicious accounts, enable security best practices, and guidance to avoid future suspensions.
5. Documentation:
• A short report of what was changed + why + what was submitted, so I can stay compliant.
