German / Austrian T&Cs and Privacy Policy Review

We need an Austrian / German (or one able to work on both jurisdictions) qualified lawyer for this task.

We have a created Terms and conditions and Privacy policy documentation in German from one of our clients and we need it to be reviewed and make it compliant covering Austrian and German legislation. Docs are 23-35 pages.

T&Cs:
For the T&Cs engagement it is sufficient if you list those provisions that are contrary to German/Austrian law with a brief reasoning and brief proposal for solution/alternative wording against the original.

Privacy Policy:
We do not ask you to provide a GDPR review, but Austrian and German law specific one, with special regard to the business of the company related EV charging stations. If there is no local specific requirement in either of these countries, that confirmation is sufficient for us. If there is any local specifics, it is sufficient if you list those provisions that are contrary to German and Austrian local requirements with a brief reasoning and brief proposal for solution/alternative wording.
