Our manufacturing unit needs a thorough vendor assessment on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) so we can secure the OEM panel status. The work centres on analysing our current GeM profile, spotting any compliance gaps, and mapping out the exact steps to meet every requirement set by the portal.
Scope of work
• Examine existing vendor information on GeM, including uploaded certificates, product listings and past transaction records.
• Verify alignment with all GeM rules that affect OEM registration—registration documents, quality certifications, and any additional state or central mandates.
• Evaluate supplier performance data inside the system, flagging risk areas that could block OEM approval.
• Compare our cost structure with GeM benchmarks to confirm we stay competitive without breaching pricing policies.
• Produce a concise assessment report and a phased action plan that lists issues found, supporting evidence, and corrective steps with realistic timelines.
