GDPR Game Legal Documents

Job ID: 40573077

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Our teen-oriented video game is almost ready for launch and now needs a complete, airtight legal foundation. I need three standalone documents, each written in plain, player-friendly language yet robust enough to protect the studio and comply with EU law.

Deliverables
- Terms of Service that clearly outline player responsibilities, account rules, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability.
- Privacy Policy fully aligned with the GDPR, covering data categories collected, lawful bases, parental consent flow for minors under EU rules, user rights requests, and data-retention practices.
- End User License Agreement (EULA) granting the appropriate license scope, addressing modding, streaming/recording, and enforcement provisions.

Acceptance
Each document must:
• Reference the game’s name and company details I will provide upon award.
• Use straightforward English suitable for a teen audience while preserving legal accuracy.
• Align with current GDPR terminology (controller, processor, data subject, etc.).
• Arrive in editable Word or Google Doc format and include one revision round based on my feedback.

If sections overlap, feel free to cross-reference to keep everything concise and consistent. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any similar work you have done so I can gauge fit quickly.
