Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an experienced, independent auditor to issue an objective opinion on our balance sheet and income statement for the latest fiscal year, following U.S. GAAP. The books are closed and ready; trial balance, general ledger, and supporting schedules will be provided through secure cloud access.
Your work should cover all standard audit procedures—risk assessment, substantive testing, internal-control review, and any confirmations you deem necessary. Please communicate milestones in advance so we can schedule staff availability for walkthroughs or document requests.
Deliverables
• Signed audit report expressing an opinion on the balance sheet and income statement under GAAS
• Final GAAP-formatted statements with all adjusting and reclassifying entries clearly identified
• Management letter highlighting control or process improvements, if any
• Brief closing meeting (or video call) to walk through findings and answer questions
Preference goes to a licensed CPA or firm with recent financial audit experience in our industry; however, equivalent credentials will be considered if you demonstrate strong GAAP proficiency and prior audit success. Target completion is six weeks from engagement, but suggest a timeline that aligns with your methodology.
