French eInvoice Accreditation Testing
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am midway through the French e-invoicing accreditation journey and now need an experienced tester to steer the final stretch. Both peer-to-peer (PA to PA) and peer-to-portal (PA to PPF) scenarios must be executed and documented to secure approval.
Where we stand
• A working integration is in place and some test cases have already been drafted.
• Documentation is only partial; the gaps lie in detailed testing procedures, explicit compliance references, and clear integration guidelines.
Your mission
1. Review my existing material, identify what is missing, and propose a concise but complete test plan covering every PA-to-PA and PA-to-PPF step required by the French framework.
2. Execute or guide the execution of the mandatory test cycles, capturing evidence in a form acceptable to the accreditation authority.
3. Expand the documentation set so it includes:
• step-by-step testing procedures
• mapped compliance standards with traceability back to each test
• integration guidelines that a future developer or auditor could follow without extra clarification.
4. Hand back a clean submission pack ready for filing.
Acceptance criteria
• All required tests pass on the first formal submission.
• The documentation bundle is judged “complete” by the authority with no rework requested.
• Every file delivered in editable format (Word/Excel or equivalent) plus a locked PDF copy.
