Foreign-Licensed Attorney for US Legal Tasks

Foreign-Licensed Attorney- Legal Research, Contracts, and U.S. Federal Procurement Support
We are seeking a foreign-licensed attorney to assist with ongoing legal research, drafting, and compliance projects related to U.S. government contracting, federal procurement, and international business transactions.
This is a remote, project-based role suitable for an internationally trained lawyer with strong English writing skills and familiarity with U.S. legal concepts.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal and regulatory research on U.S. and foreign procurement laws.
Draft, edit, and proofread memoranda, client advisories, and contract documents.
Review and summarize statutes, regulations, and case law related to public procurement or commercial contracting.
Assist in preparing proposal documentation, compliance certifications, and other government-related filings.
Collaborate with U.S. attorneys and consultants to ensure accuracy and clarity in cross-border matters.
Requirements
Licensed attorney in a foreign jurisdiction (civil or common law).
Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to draft clear, professional legal text.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with general business law preferred but not required.
Reliable internet access, ability to join virtual meetings, and ability to meet deadlines for time-sensitive assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting U.S. attorneys or international clients.
Working knowledge of contracts, compliance, or corporate law.
Compensation
Hourly based on experience and project scope.
