Seeking a Florida-licensed real estate attorney to review and finalize a property sale and mortgage agreement in Monroe County (Florida Keys). The contract is already drafted and needs legal polishing, compliance confirmation, and quick turnaround. Completion preferred by 11/4.
The agreement is already drafted and includes standard clauses for sale, mortgage, and security. I need a qualified attorney to ensure it is legally airtight, compliant with Florida law, and professionally finalized before signing.
Scope of Work:
Review and revise the existing Sale & Mortgage Agreement
Ensure compliance with Florida real estate and lending law
Confirm enforceability of:
Non-refundable deposit clause
Buyer default and acceleration terms
Insurance and indemnification
Mortgage assumption and title provisions
Closing procedures and escrow handling
Provide tracked revisions and a short written summary of key legal points
Coordinate briefly with Buyer’s side (if necessary) to complete signing
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
5+ years experience in real estate, mortgage, or contract law
Strong familiarity with seller financing / private mortgage agreements
Ability to deliver within 1–2 business days
Deliverables:
Reviewed & revised Word document (attorney-polished)
Written opinion or note on risk and compliance issues
Optional: short coordination call or email with both parties
