Our Private Limited Company is ready for its statutory annual filings and I need a Company Secretary to see the process through. All financial statements—including the signed Balance Sheet, P&L, notes and auditor’s report—are complete, and both the Board’s Report and the Annual Return have already been drafted.
Your role is to run a quick compliance check, digitally sign, and e-file Form AOC-4, Form MGT-7A, etc. on the MCA portal. Once the filings are accepted, please share the SRNs so I can verify them under “View Public Documents.” The engagement is finished when those SRNs show up correctly on the MCA site.
