File LLP Form 8 & KYC
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run a Limited Liability Partnership and need a qualified professional who can take complete charge of our annual MCA compliance:
• E-Form 8 – Statement of Account & Solvency for the LLP (all supporting financials are already compiled and checked).
• DIR-3 KYC – for our two Designated Partners, with no data changes this year.
Deadlines are 30 September for the KYC and 30 October for Form 8, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working on the MCA portal, validating the forms, generating the SRNs and providing the filed acknowledgements well before those dates.
