Experienced Tender Filling Specialist -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I manage a steady stream of private tender invitations, along with occasional GeM opportunities, and need the actual submission work taken off my plate. Your role is to prepare, fill out, and upload every document exactly as each buyer specifies—commercial, technical, and compliance sections included—while making sure every deadline and formatting rule is met.
You will receive the raw inputs from me (company certificates, financials, technical specs, past performance data). From there, I expect:
• A fully-compiled tender pack for each opportunity, ready for my sign-off and submission.
• Consistent cross-checking of eligibility criteria, annexures, BOQs, price schedules, and any digital signatures required on the GeM portal.
• A brief status note after each submission outlining what was filed, any clarifications requested, and next-step dates.
Successful applicants should let me know how many private or GeM tenders they have personally completed, which portals or formats they work with most often, and the typical win rate or client feedback they have earned. There is no hard deadline on this project—I’ll feed opportunities to you as they arrive—so accuracy and reliability matter more to me than speed.
