We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller for our base talent team. The perfect candidate will help oversee and optimize the financial operations of our clients. Should also have strong accounting and financial management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support strategic business decisions.
* Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations and accounting processes
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
Develop and improve internal financial controls and processes
Coordinate with external accountants, payroll, and tax advisors
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
* Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
English proficiency preferred

Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and tax processes
Experience in startups, recruiting, staffing, or service-based businesses
