I have completed preliminary sewer‐water flow calculations for a residential project here in California. Before I submit anything to the local water department, I must have those numbers confirmed and a formal letter, signed and stamped by a California-licensed civil engineer, stating that the proposed sewer capacity meets all current code requirements.
The scope is narrow and clear: review the existing calculations, verify that the projected sewer capacity is sufficient for a single-family residential build, point out any corrections if needed, and then issue a stamped compliance letter. I will supply the full calculation set, site plan, and any supplementary notes in PDF or DWG as soon as we start.
