• contains clear, enforceable termination clauses.

Your legal audit should flag any gaps or risky wording, cite the governing statute or regulation, and suggest concise revisions I can pass straight to my HR team.

Deliverables
1. A marked-up version (or comments) on every contract showing specific areas of concern.
2. A short summary report that groups the issues by theme—compliance, pay & benefits, termination—and offers practical corrections or alternative language.
