PF ESIC Registration & Compliance

Our small team of under fifty employees is moving all Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) responsibilities in-house, and I need the entire framework set up and kept fully compliant from day one.

The assignment includes:
• Registration & setup: secure PF and ESIC establishment codes, activate employer and employee credentials, and configure the basic wage structure to match statutory rules.
• Filing & ongoing compliance: prepare and upload monthly ECR files, remit contributions on time, and handle all quarterly or annual returns without reminders from my side.
• Consultation & advisory: outline a compliance calendar, train me on key checkpoints, and stay available to clarify grey areas as regulations evolve.

An expert who already works with businesses in my sector and can point to similar successful rollouts will be the best fit; familiarity with EPFO Unified Portal, ESIC Portal, and common payroll tools is assumed.

Deliverables are accepted once the registration numbers are live, the first complete filing is acknowledged by the portals, and I receive a concise handbook covering our specific processes and due dates.
