• KYC/AML expectations and how to phrase these policies so they satisfy auditors yet remain user-friendly.
• Cross-border considerations that might affect liquidity pools or market-making arrangements.

Preferred deliverables
1. A concise written opinion (or memo) outlining the above points with cited regulations.
2. A brief compliance checklist I can share with my team.
3. A one-hour follow-up call to clarify any gray areas once I’ve reviewed your memo.
