Delaware Attorney Estate Plan Review
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My firm has a steady flow of completed estate-planning packages that need a quick legal-compliance check from someone admitted to the Delaware Bar. Each package usually contains a Revocable Living Trust along with its related pour-over will and powers of attorney; we annually average about twenty of these reviews that require Delaware Co-counsel per year.
The templates were updated recently, by our prior co-counsel in Delaware who has retired. My expectation is that after you review the first document set, it will take you less than 15 minutes for each subsequent review. After you review the documents, you will send me your invoice, along with an email that says that everything looks good.
Active Delaware Bar membership is the only must-have. If this cadence and scope fit your practice, I would welcome an ongoing arrangement.
