2018 DIN Holder For ROC Filing

I need the support of a director whose DIN was first allotted at any point during 2018 so I can complete the pending ROC compliances for my private limited company. The company’s own directors were appointed later, therefore their DINs do not satisfy the “2018-allotment” criterion now required by the MCA system for this back-year filing.

Scope of work
• Use your 2018-allotted DIN to sign and submit Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) and Form AOC-4 (Financial Statements) for the relevant financial year on the MCA portal.
• Coordinate with me for any additional attachments (financials, shareholding pattern, etc.) that must accompany these forms.
• Once both forms are approved, share the SRNs, challan copies and MCA acknowledgements so I can close the compliance loop at my end.

Everything else—preparing the forms, drafting the attachments, generating DSC signatures, paying the government fees—will be handled from my side; your role is limited to providing the valid DIN and affixing the digital signature during filing.
