Cyberespionage Defense Specialist Needed

I need an experienced cybersecurity expert to help combat sophisticated cyberespionage threats targeting me. I am a federal plaintiff and being retaliated against and discriminated against without any protection.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with advanced threats, especially hypervisor attacks and firmware manipulations (ACPI table rewrites)
- Proficiency in securing Windows, Linux, and iOS/Android devices
- Expertise in hardening routers and other hardware against unauthorized access
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in incident response
- Knowledge of phishing and malware mitigation techniques
- Ability to provide ongoing monitoring and support
- Stuck in MITM attack and need to be able to free myself - phone is also under unlawful wiretap warrantless - baseless
