• Technical support focused on operating systems: handle clean installations, version upgrades, patch management, and rollback plans when an update misbehaves. Smooth rollouts with minimal downtime are essential.
• SAP Business One support: day-to-day troubleshooting, minor customisation tweaks, and guidance on best-practice database maintenance.
• IT audit preparation: review our current controls, gather evidence, draft findings, and suggest realistic remediation steps that fit our internal workflows.
• Microsoft licence compliance: verify our current usage against purchased entitlements, document any shortfalls or over-licensing, and outline corrective actions before our annual review.

Most of the work can be carried out remotely using standard remote-desktop and monitoring tools, though I am open to brief on-site visits if that would speed up the audit phase.
