fact we need help now in a compliance issue we had with one of our clients. We need to provide the following docs to the client and we would really need a professional to do it.
1)documentation and evidence of supply-chain diligence in addition to the typical lab reports and COCs
2)a root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plan (CAP) summary for all safety/compliance defects in the past 5 years. This analysis must include the two testing failures that happened in 2016 and 2019. It’s important that you consider all possible root causes and opportunities to improve – for example, even if the testing laboratory used failed to test the product correctly as you claimed, it still doesn’t explain why the product had a defect in the first place, why that lab was chosen in the first place, and why the factory didn’t identify it before delivering to the laboratory (does Moover have factory on-site QA?).
