Compliance Document Review & Filing

I have all of the core paperwork ready and simply need a semi-qualified company secretary who can give each document a final compliance check, then lodge it with the relevant authorities on my behalf. The job centres on three routine filings—our annual return, the latest set of financial statements and the most recent board and shareholder resolutions. They are already drafted; what I need now is a quick yet thorough review to confirm they meet Companies Act requirements, followed by prompt electronic submission through the MCA portal.
