The files range from short packaging panels with tight character limits to multi-page user manuals and formal certificates submitted to notified bodies. Every sentence has to match EU directives, DIN wording conventions, and the precise tone inspectors expect—one mistranslated phrase can stall an entire product launch.

Deliverables
• German-language packaging copy, fitted to the original layout constraints
• Fully translated user manuals (Word/InDesign), mirroring style, tables, and warnings
• Certification documents in bilingual format for quick auditor comparison
• Updated glossary/translation memory so terminology remains uniform across future releases
Acceptance criteria
• Terminology aligns with our existing English-German glossary or, where missing, with EU harmonised terms
• No truncation or overflow in final packaging artwork layers
• 100 % segment QA pass in memoQ, Trados, or a comparable CAT tool, plus manual proofread
• Final files delivered in both editable and print-ready PDF formats, ready for regulatory submission
