Community CIC Registration Documents Needed
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m in the process of registering a Community Interest Company that will run an environmental-protection project for our local community. To satisfy Companies House, I need a full documentation pack prepared from scratch.
The work involves:
• Drafting a compliant Memorandum and bespoke Articles of Association that reference an asset lock.
• Completing the CIC36 and CIC37 forms with language tailored to our environmental objectives and community-project status.
• Ensuring every section aligns with current CIC regulations so the filing can proceed without queries or return.
I don’t have any templates yet, so you’ll be creating everything fresh—while of course using the standard Companies House format as a baseline. The finished set should be ready for immediate submission in both editable (Word) and final (PDF) formats, and include clear guidance notes so I know exactly where to sign.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Memorandum and Articles reviewed against latest CIC guidance and explicitly containing the asset-lock clause.
2. CIC36 & CIC37 forms fully populated, with environmental-protection purpose stated consistently throughout.
3. Documents pass a quick Companies House pre-submission check (no flagged errors).
If you’re experienced with UK company law—particularly CIC formations—this should be a swift, straightforward engagement.
