China Stainless Steel Jewelry Sourcing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a hands-on sourcing partner who can quickly locate reliable Chinese factories for a new line of stainless-steel rings and bracelets destined for the French market. There are 16 separate designs and I plan to order 500 pieces of each, so the agent must be comfortable vetting medium-size production runs and negotiating competitive yet realistic pricing.
My top priority is the quality of the products. Every shortlisted factory should therefore be able to provide convincing evidence of workmanship—ideally through physical product samples that match our specs and finish requirements. Please make sure any lab reports, material certificates or similar documentation are collected during the process; I want no surprises once production starts.
What I expect you to handle
• Identify and contact verified manufacturers that specialise in stainless-steel jewellery
• Gather and compare detailed quotations (unit price, tooling fees, lead time, available plating options, payment terms)
• Evaluate each factory’s capability through sample pieces and a brief background check (past export experience, basic compliance, photo or video tour if possible)
• Serve as the communication bridge in both English and Chinese, ensuring swift replies and clear records
• Guide me on shipping logistics—why not take care of that step too if you can negotiate good freight rates or recommend a trustworthy forwarder
Key deliverables
1. A shortlist spreadsheet with at least three qualified factories, their quotes and summary comments on strengths/weaknesses
2. High-resolution photos (and ideally the physical samples) of the best option(s) for my approval
3. A concise recommendation report so I can confidently place a purchase order
Timeline: I’m ready to move immediately and hope to select a factory within the next couple of weeks.
