Canadian Flood Claims Xactimate Estimates

Job ID: 40204839

Budget: $25 – $50 CAD

I need a seasoned Xactimate professional based in Canada to turn on-site notes, moisture readings, photos, and scope sheets into polished estimates for large-scale flood and water-damage files. You will be working with the latest Canada residential and commercial price lists, so fluency with both databases is essential.

What makes this assignment a bit different is the insurer’s insistence on strict compliance with Canadian industry standards. Your IICRC WRT credential (or higher) gives me confidence you already understand how to translate drying logs, demolition plans, and rebuild scopes into line items that will pass audit the first time. If you also carry other IICRC designations, all the better.

Here’s the typical flow: I’ll forward the loss package; you review, flag any missing data, and return a completed ESX plus a locked PDF summary within the agreed timeline—usually 24–48 hours for initial drafts on most files. I’m looking for someone who can work independently, ask precise follow-up questions, and keep revisions to a minimum by getting the scope right from the start.

Deliverables (per claim)
• ESX file built in Xactimate using the correct Canadian price list
• PDF estimate ready for insurer submission
• Brief note highlighting any scope gaps or recommended supplements

If you have availability to take on multiple claims each week and meet the turnaround above, let’s connect so we can get the first loss on your desk.
