Brazil Digital Platform Representative Needed

I need a dependable Brazilian-based professional who can act as our on-the-ground representative for Amazon, TikTok and a few other international marketplaces. The role centers on three core duties: guiding new merchant accounts through their business onboarding flow, managing KYC checks end-to-end, and keeping every step fully compliant with Brazilian regulations and each platform’s internal policies.

You will liaise directly with my global compliance team at Rrayze Business Solutions, collect and validate documentation from sellers, submit it through the relevant portals, clarify any follow-up questions, and confirm that every account is cleared for launch. All platform guidelines, templates and escalation paths are ready for you; I simply need someone local who can move quickly, communicate in Portuguese and English, and keep meticulous records.

Prior experience with digital platforms or KYC is welcome but not required—if you are organised, responsive and comfortable handling sensitive information, we will provide full training and ongoing support.

Key deliverables
• Completed onboarding files for each assigned seller, accepted by the platform
• Verified KYC documentation, uploaded and timestamped in our internal tracker
• A brief compliance status report at the end of each week
