Job Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Specialist / Bid Manager who has deep knowledge of the Indian government tendering process (e-procurement portals like CPP Portal, GeM, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Identifying, analyzing, and preparing end-to-end technical and financial bids for Marine Construction and Underwater Diving tenders.Understanding complex technical specifications related to marine engineering and commercial diving works.Ensuring 100% compliance with all documentation, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.Required Qualifications & Experience
:Industry Experience:
Prior experience in handling tenders specifically for Marine Infrastructure, Ports, Dredging, Underwater Diving, or Civil Construction is highly preferred.
Location: Preference will be given to freelancers based in india or nearby coastal regions, as proximity to marine hubs is beneficial for coordination.
:Strong understanding of Joint Ventures (JV), consortium agreements, and bank guarantees (BG/EMD) required for government bids.If you have a proven track record of winning government contracts in the marine sector, please apply with your past experience and references.
