I'm seeking a developer to build a comprehensive name screening tool for client onboarding and ongoing monitoring. The tool should incorporate machine learning to enrich candidate profiles with missing details (e.g., age, DOB) using open-source media. It should also be able to have rhe ability for plug in functionality in with other known programs with ease from a security perspective.

Key Features:
- Daily web scanning for:
- Politically exposed persons
- Sanctioned individuals/entities (including terrorism) and countries
- Adverse news related to crimes (money laundering, fraud, etc.)
- Dark web and forum sweeping
- Self-tuning functionality to adapt to business needs
- Potential plug in to VEVO or similar for passport validation checks
- Similar to LSEG (Refinitiv World Check) or Dow Jones systems

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in web scraping and data aggregation
- Background in machine learning
- Familiarity with compliance and sanction databases
- Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Experience in developing automated monitoring tools
