Attorney for Nasdaq Application
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am gearing up for our fourth IPO and, this time, want to list directly on Nasdaq. I already have three prior public offerings under my belt, so the corporate history, audited financials, and business narrative are in place. What I am missing—and what I need your expertise for—is the Nasdaq application itself and the accompanying legal-compliance documentation.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Draft, review, and finalize the Form 1 and all Nasdaq-specific schedules that apply to a direct listing.
• Identify every legal-compliance exhibit Nasdaq will request (charters, board resolutions, insider trading policies, etc.), then prepare or update each one so they are submission-ready.
• Package the completed application, coordinate any follow-up questions from Nasdaq, and keep an organized record of all correspondence for my internal files.
I do not need long-term general counsel—just focused assistance from application through acceptance. If you have recent, hands-on experience shepherding issuers through Nasdaq listings, let’s connect so we can get this filing moving promptly.
