Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an experienced ROC practitioner to take my Private Limited Company smoothly through its FY 2024-25 compliance. All financial statements and shareholder data are already finalized; I simply want an expert to turn them into a clean, on-time submission.
Your tasks
• Review the documentation I provide to confirm there are no mismatches or missing schedules.
• Prepare and e-file Form AOC-4 and Form MGT-7 on the MCA portal.
• Use our existing DSCs, pay the statutory fees, and send me the SRNs, challans, and final acknowledgements.
Everything else—Form ADT-1 or additional filings—is not required this year.
Please be fully conversant with the Companies Act 2013, MCA V3 portal workflows, and the standard compliance timeline. Once you receive the files, I expect the forms lodged within a couple of working days. Let me know if you need any clarifications before starting.
