URD Transformer Heat Certification

Job ID: 39860380

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’ve already run a full set of thermal tests on an enclosed underground residential distribution (URD) transformer and now need a seasoned electrical or mechanical engineer to convert those results into an IEC-compliant performance certificate.

Here’s what you’ll do
• Validate the raw temperature-rise data, sensor placement, and loading profile against the appropriate IEC clauses.
• Confirm the test methodology, correct any data anomalies, and perform all required thermal-limit calculations.
• Issue a formal, signed performance certificate stating pass/fail results and referencing each relevant IEC standard.
• Supply a concise technical report explaining your calculations, assumptions, and any recommended follow-up actions.

What you’ll receive from me
• Complete temperature logs, photos of the setup, and all supporting documentation the moment the project starts.
• Prompt answers to technical questions so you can keep your analysis moving quickly.

A professional stamp or registration number is required on the final certificate so it can be filed with our utility. If you’ve certified transformers—or similar equipment—under IEC rules before, please highlight that experience and let me know your turnaround time.
