Safety Engineer on Customer Site (Sanand, Gujarat)
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am in need of a Safety Engineer to depute on a customer site for a project in Sanand, Gujarat with certification in Industry Safety. The scope of work will be:
• HIRA
• HSE Safety plan and JSA {JSA shall be required prior approval from client/PM}
• ERP Plan
• All Equipment’s and Tools TPI Inspection Report.
• All Testing and Measuring Equipment’s Calibration Report.
• RASI Matrix
• Lifting, Shifting plan of all materials.
• Hospital Tie up Letter with nearest hospital.
• Profile of safety officers to be shared for verification and competency checking. Safety officers should have minimum 5 years experience working in the same industry and same type of jobs.
• Medical Fitness Certificates Form no -32/33 of all Employees.
• HSE Staff Organization Chart.
• PPE’s Test Certificate.
• Crane, Boom Lift, Farana Fitness (Form no.38), TPI Certificate {Form no-10). All Machinery & Equipment’s Legal Documents like PUC, Insurance, RC.
• Certificate of New Fire extinguishers or refilling certificates if old one is used.
• Safety Signages Board and Posters.
• Operators DL as per Machinery requirements.
• All welders, Riggers, Foreman, Technician, Electrician etc. Competency Certificate from Government or authorized institutes.
• Labour License
• Company’s Safety Policy.
• OHSE Statistics Board.
• First Aid Box & fire Extinguisher including other safety requirements as per specific jobs.
• Scaffolding Tag, Competent scaffolding with supervisor and drawing.
• LOTO Tag if required.
• Barricade Tag, Hard and Soft Barricade
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in safety engineering in the manufacturing sector, certification and a proven track record of performing thorough and effective risk assessments.
