Job Title: Construction Site Photographer (5,000 Photographs)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced photographers located in North America, Australia, or Europe to capture 5,000 high-resolution images of construction sites, workers, and equipment. The images will be used for an AI hazard identification system and must showcase diverse construction scenarios.

Responsibilities:
• Photograph active construction sites in your local area, focusing on:
• Workers with and without proper PPE (helmets, vests, gloves, etc.).
• Fall risks, such as unprotected edges, scaffolding, and unsafe ladder use.
• Heavy machinery in operation and unsafe worker proximity.
• Tripping hazards, cluttered pathways, and improperly stored materials.
• Excavation sites, trenches, and environmental factors (e.g., weather or lighting conditions).
• Capture a variety of images, including close-ups, mid-range, and wide-angle shots.
• Provide basic metadata or brief captions describing the scene or hazard (e.g., “Worker missing helmet on scaffolding”).
• Ensure permissions for site access and worker photography are secured, where necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction or industrial photography (portfolio required).
• Ability to work independently in your local region.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and environments.
• Strong organizational skills to deliver high-quality, well-organized photo batches.
