Electrical licensing application - Submersible pump septic system training

Hi,

I am currently in the process of applying for a restricted electrical license. To complete the application, I have obtained an email that lays out everything required for the application. This will include a policy/procedure for safely disconnecting & reconnecting a submersible pump for a septic system, as well as a drafted letter indicating the completion of in house training. This email will be attached.

I have various photo's that could be used, however I am open to a generic policy setup.
