I need an internet search to locate an already published document out of USA and based on manufacturing facility health and safety.
Specifics: I seek online research, I am looking for a “HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY PLAN” specifically for manufacturing facility, with conveyors, machines (ideally for manufacturing packaging for food and or medical device industry) in USA and even better in Tennessee.
I need a-go-by plan (meaning the plan is already put together) this must have OSHA regulations listed in plan and be recent such as within last few years updated.
Not looking for a template, I know how a plan must be put together so its a specific type of plan that is used in one of these facilities.
