Outdoor child play safety consultant.

I have a new patent pending product called Easy-Climb. See attached images. I need help with producing the safety documentation to go with the product. This is for the USA market. This would include creating the warning labels and tracking labels. I also need help to produce the - How to use - instructions. The product is fully prototyped and ready to be sent to a testing house (e.g. Intertek). The product is a cross between a trampoline slide and a trampoline ladder. The rungs are foam. The material is 900D Oxford. I already have an instructional video being made on how to put the product together out of the box. It would be great to hear back from people. Thanks.
