Project Analysis for Redesigning a financial Web-Portal

Project Analysis for redesigning an ‘Online Financial Profile Portal’ with an ‘Onboarding / Registration Wizard’ for a financial service provider:

• Prepare an Implementation Plan (Analysis document) with detailed technical descriptions

• Market research / Competitor Analysis. Check all major fin-tech companies to get a picture of the market and gather implementation ideas

• Analysis of currently implemented Platform and Data Forms

• Detailed (low-level) description of features and tasks (can be written in SCRUM format) – High level requirements will be provided.

• Discuss and validate (revise) technical details with team (UX Designer, Frontend and Backend developers)

• Cooperate with UX Designer to include Wireframes in the Implementation Plan

Requirements:
• Fluent in English language is a must
• Fluent in Arabic language

Deliverables:
