Hiring SEO Specialist (Long-Term) – $300/month (~10-15 hrs/week)

I run a web design & marketing agency and need an experienced SEO expert (5+ years) to join long-term.
What you’ll do:

- Ongoing SEO for 2 monthly clients + our agency site (~10-15 hrs/week).
- On-page & technical SEO setup for new websites (extra $100 one-time per site, currently I need 2 asap).
- Competitor research + manage paid backlinks (budget provided).
- Provide monthly reports + clear communication.

Requirements:
- Min 5 years SEO experience (healthcare niche experience = big plus)
- Proven results (send CV, case studies, report samples)
- Good communication & responsive
- $300/month base (~10-15 hrs/week). Budget grows as we add more clients.
