Project Description
We are looking for a high-level Local SEO Specialist to manage a our ranking project for 45 target keywords. We want to improve our visibility in both organic Google Search and the Google Maps Local Pack.
IMPORTANT: We do not provide website logins for security reasons. Our in-house developer will implement all on-site changes. Your role will be to provide the strategy, content, and technical instructions.
Scope of Work:
1. On-Page SEO & Schema (Consultancy)
- Perform a full audit of the website and map our 45 keywords to the relevant landing pages.
- Provide a detailed On-Page Implementation Sheet for our developer (Meta tags, H1-H3 tags, URL structure recommendations, and image alt-text).
- Provide custom JSON-LD Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, and Service schema).
2. Content Marketing
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content to target the 45 keywords.
- Content must be written for humans first, focusing on local relevance and authority.
3. Google Business Profile (GBP) Management
- Optimize our GBP for maximum "Local Pack" visibility.
- Audit NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across the web.
4. High-Quality Link Building
- No bulk/automated backlinks. No PBNs, no spam comments, and no low-quality profile links.
- Focus on manual local citations, niche-relevant guest posts, and authoritative business directories.
- Provide a transparent report of all acquired links.

- Initial Audit & Keyword Mapping Report.
- Weekly and Monthly Ranking Report (Tracking all 45 keywords for Search & Maps).
- Monthly Backlink & Activity Report.
- Technical Instruction Documents for our developer.
