Livescore Website Competitor Analysis & Launch Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are launching a new livescore website targeting Indonesia and Thailand. Before investing in marketing, we need competitor intelligence and a realistic plan based on that research.
PART 1 — Competitor Audit
Pick 3 livescore platforms (must include FlashScore and Sofascore, third is your choice — bonus if it's a local/regional player we might not know about).
For each, research:
- Traffic sources and estimated monthly volume (use SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or equivalent — include screenshots)
- Social media presence: which platforms, what content gets engagement
- How they acquire users in Indonesia and Thailand specifically — any localized strategies or partnerships
- App store presence: install count, ratings, common user complaints
- Any paid ads you can find (Meta Ad Library, Google Ads, TikTok)
Deliverable: one section per competitor, a comparison table across all 3, and your top 3 takeaways on what is actually working for them.
PART 2 — 90-Day Marketing Plan
Based on your Part 1 findings, write a 90-day launch plan. It must connect to your research — tell us what to do based on what's working, not a generic playbook.
Cover:
- Which channels to prioritize and why (tied to competitor data)
- Month-by-month timeline with specific actions
- Content strategy: what to post, where, how often
- Budget allocation: total $1,000–3,000/month, give dollar amounts per channel
- KPIs to track each month
- Quick wins for the first 2 weeks
- Local specifics unique to Indonesia and/or Thailand that a global plan would miss
Deliverable: month-by-month plan, budget table with dollar amounts, 5+ specific content ideas, KPI targets.
FORMAT: One structured Google Doc or PDF. Part 1 first, Part 2 second. Back everything with data, screenshots, and links.
NOT looking for: generic advice, homepage summaries, plans that fit any industry in any country, or AI-generated filler.
