In-Depth Competitor Analysis
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a clear, data-driven picture of how our key competitors set their prices, promote their brands, and shape their product lines. The scope is strictly market research with a focus on competitor analysis covering three angles: pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and product offerings.
Here is what I expect at the end of the engagement:
• A concise slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that distills the findings, includes charts or tables where helpful, and highlights the implications for our own positioning.
• A supporting spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with all raw data, sources, and calculation logic clearly laid out so I can revisit or update the numbers later on.
• A brief written executive summary (1–2 pages) that ties the insights together and flags any quick-win opportunities you spot.
Please base your work on publicly available information—annual reports, pricing pages, ad campaigns, reviews, industry databases—and cite every source. If you use specialised tools such as Similarweb, SEMrush, Statista, or social-listening platforms, note them in the methodology section so I understand where each data point originates.
Deliver everything in a single shared folder and keep intermediate updates coming so I can steer the direction if needed.
