Rewards stratigy

I am looking to develop a rewards strategy to ensure that our company has established the best means to reward and motivate our employees. The ultimate goal is to create loyalty among our employees and increase sales. My primary aim is to develop a benchmark salary structure and reward system for our new company. I want this reward system to offer incentives through both financial and non-financial means, and be tailored specifically for our top performers. As such, these rewards will only be available to our highest performing employees.
