Chief Data Officer LTI Guidance Required

I'm looking for an experienced professional who can help me navigate a potential Chief Data Officer role in a PE-funded company. I will be working with a high-tech company that was formed through a recent divestiture. It is private equity funded and specializes in providing data, similar to a smaller version of Dun and Bradstreet.
Key Responsibilities:
- I will be the head of the entire data organization, reporting directly to the CEO.
- The role includes aspects of a Chief Technology Officer and a Chief Product Officer which requires a unique background
Project Scope:
- I will be in this role for an estimated period of 1-3 years.
- I need assistance to determine the level of LTI I should request for this executive position.
Ideal Candidate:
- You should have deep knowledge about the determination of LTIs in tech roles, preferably executive.
- Experience in negotiating compensation packages for C-level roles in PE-funded companies is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain suggestions or reasoning behind them.
