HR Advisor EMEA, location Poland or Central Eastern Europe
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I'm looking for an HR advisor to provide expert guidance for managing HR operations across Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. You'll assist in optimizing onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and managing performance within the organization. Crucially, I also need your expertise in creating a thriving work culture and boosting employee engagement, in a drive towards actualizing a ‘Great Place to Work’. Your strong experience in navigating HR landscape across these regions coupled with your capacity to foster a positive workplace culture will be invaluable to the success of this project.
Potentially the location can be anywhere in Central Eastern Europe. Poland, Czech, Hungary, Romania, Baltic countries, other. Ideally, Poland, yes, however speed is also important, so perhaps I may be flexible on location, if the profile is right.
Also - bids from outside EMEA will not be reviewed. I need some understanding and experience with employee relations & employment regulations, GDPR across EMEA region, thus freelancers located in Asia or elsewhere will not match the requirement (unless previous experience across EMEA, of course).
