Telegram Community Growth & Promotion Manager (Brazil Region)

We are seeking a reliable, long-term, part-time freelance community manager based in Brazil to build and manage a Telegram community for local game promoters.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit genuine part-time promoters via local Brazilian public channels;
Screen new members to verify their location, language proficiency, and promotional channels;
Guide new members into the Telegram promotion group and train them on the processes for accepting, executing, submitting, and settling tasks;
Manage daily group operations, including task reminders, Q&A, and member engagement;
Supervise members to ensure promotional tasks are completed according to specific requirements and approved materials;
Remove bots, duplicate accounts, fake profiles, and long-term inactive members;
Track metrics such as valid member count, task completion rates, activity levels, and policy violations, and submit weekly reports.
Requirements:
Based in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese;
Familiar with major local social platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook;
Experience in community management, part-time staff recruitment, affiliate marketing, or online promotion is preferred;
Strong communication, organizational, and personnel management skills;
Ability to commit to a long-term, stable working relationship;
Strictly no bots, fake accounts, bulk accounts, or non-compliant promotional methods.
