salesmen to sell my product

I need motivated salespeople to increase the sale of my product, which is related to food packaging. I already have a specific target market in mind, and am looking for individuals that are committed to directly selling to those customers. I am looking for someone with good communication and sales skills, as well as an understanding of the food packaging industry, in order to be successful in this role. The ideal individual should also be comfortable with cold-calling and other direct sales tactics in order to identify and build relationships with potential customers.
