I am looking to recruit a part-time HR Recruiter to join my IT & Technology company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, focused and strives to achieve success. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive recruitment service, helping to attract, assess, select and hire the right calibre of employees for the organization. You will be responsible for identifying and obtaining suitable job applicants by sourcing through job databases and managing the internal interview process. You will also be responsible for creating job descriptions, preparing contracts, ensuring compliance with legislation, conducting pre-employment screening etc. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. I have a need to fill 2-4 positions in this area.
