Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent Communication Skill is Mandatory (written & oral).
Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Be willing to work in night shifts (8am-5pm est) in any discipline.

Domestic IT Recruitment/International voice process background.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, positive attitude.
Must have strong communication and inter-personal skill.
Aspirants to have strong communication and comprehension ability.
Must Have Knowledge or Trained:
• Good communication skills oral & written
• Experience level: 0 to 1 year
• Familiar with hiring process
• Experience on posting job requirements, source resumes in job portals
• US timings (EST) 8 am to 5 pm
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft office tools.
