I need to contact companies in poland to get a quotation

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in contacting companies in Poland to obtain quotations for services in the manufacturing industry. We already have the list of the companies we just nees someone to contact them so they give us a quotation for a project.

You will be sending them the BOQ and to follow up until we get a price. We are located in cyprus and looking to work with factories in poland.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Speaking polish is an extra
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in business development or sales
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry in Poland
- Strong research and organizational skills

Project Requirements:
1. Contact more than 10 companies in Poland to request quotations for services in the manufacturing industry.
2. Clearly communicate the requirements and specifications of the services needed.
3. Document and organize all quotations received in a spreadsheet.
4. Provide regular updates on the progress of contacting companies and obtaining quotations.
5. Assist in negotiating and finalizing the best possible quotation for the services required.
